Longevity clinics, verified by the physician — not the price tag.

Longevity medicine is loosely regulated and its pricing is the most opaque in healthcare. This directory lists 53 clinics across 12 countries, each confirmed against at least two independent sources, with the named, board-certified physician verified via their real medical board where possible. We flag clinics that hide prices or sell unproven therapies — a luxury clinic is not evidence.

36 Tier-1 (board-verified physician) · 42 with a named verified physician · sourced, never fabricated.

How longevity-clinic pricing really works

Longevity pricing is the most opaque in medicine — and many premium clinics publish NO prices and route you to a sales call. Models range from à-la-carte tests to five-figure annual memberships; price does not equal proven benefit.

ModelPriceNotes
Premium membership (US/Swiss/UAE)$10,000–$25,000+ / yearFountain Life, Human Longevity, Clinique La Prairie tier; often hidden pricing
Mid membership$1,000–$6,000 / yearNext Health-style; modular add-ons
Diagnostics à la carteFull-body MRI $1,000–$2,500; biological-age test $300–$600Often billed separately on top of membership
TherapiesNAD+ IV $250–$1,500/drip; rapamycin ~$130/mo; peptides variableMostly off-label; evidence varies a lot

On evidence: Much of longevity medicine is off-label or early-evidence (rapamycin, NAD+, peptides, "biological-age reversal"). A high price or a slick clinic is NOT evidence. The strongest, cheapest interventions remain sleep, exercise, and diet — be skeptical of anything sold as a proven anti-aging breakthrough.

The credential signal (and how to check it)

Named board-certified physician (IM / cardiology / endocrinology) leading the clinic — Highest available

There is no ABMS "longevity" board, so the real credential is the lead doctor's underlying medical board certification plus a transparent, published protocol. A clinic built around a named, board-certified physician is the strongest signal.

Transparent methodology + real diagnostics — High

Clinics that publish their testing/protocol logic and use validated diagnostics (full-body MRI, validated biomarkers) are more trustworthy than "vibes + IV drips". Transparency is itself a trust marker in an opaque field.

A4M / IFM certification — Signals interest, NOT a board

American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M) or Institute for Functional Medicine certification shows the doctor pursued the field — but neither is an ABMS-recognized specialty board. Treat as supplementary, not proof of competence.

Med-spa / no named physician / supplement-led — Weak

IV-drip lounges, botox-led med-spas adding "longevity" as a label, or supplement shops with no named physician are the lowest-trust tier.

Red flags

⚑ Hidden pricing / sales-funnel only

The most premium clinics publish no prices and route you to a consultation to anchor high. Opacity is a flag — get the number in writing before committing.

⚑ Unproven therapies sold as proven

Stem-cell infusions, exosomes, and "age reversal" marketed as established treatments are a red flag — the evidence does not support the claims, and some are not legal as marketed.

⚑ No named board-certified physician

In an unregulated field, the named, board-certified doctor IS the safeguard. A clinic that won't name the responsible physician is the biggest risk.

⚑ IV / supplement upsell mill

Drip-lounge volume models that push the same IV/supplement stack on everyone are wellness retail, not longevity medicine.

⚑ "Guaranteed" results

No clinic can guarantee a longer life or a reversed biological age. That framing is marketing, not medicine.

How we verify (methodology)

Every clinic needs at least two independent corroborating sources before it is listed. Because longevity has no recognized specialty board, we verify the lead physician's UNDERLYING board certification (internal medicine, cardiology, etc.) via ABMS/national registers where possible, and we flag clinics that have no named responsible physician. Reviews are shown per platform and never blended. We do not present a clinic's self-claimed outcomes — or its price — as fact, and we note where pricing is hidden. Tier 1 = a named, board-certified physician + transparent protocol + multi-source detail; Tier 2 = solid and sourced; Tier 3 = listed, thinner verification.
